Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the OhlalaCam service, a private social network for sharing adult photos and videos, including a webcam chat room. By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

2. Adults only

The service is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 or over. By accessing the site, the user declares and warrants that they are of legal age and that viewing adult content is lawful in their country of residence. Any false declaration results in immediate closure of the account.

3. Account creation

Registration requires a valid email address and the creation of confidential credentials. The user is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. Only one account per person is permitted.

4. Content and licence

The user retains ownership of the content they publish. They grant OhlalaCam a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, displaying and distributing that content within the service, for the duration of its publication only.

The user warrants that they hold all rights necessary over the content published and that every person appearing in it is of legal age and has consented to its distribution.

5. Rules of conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• any content involving minors, whether real or appearing to be minors;
• any non-consensual, violent, hateful, discriminatory or unlawful content;
• publishing third parties’ personal data without their consent (“doxxing”);
• harassment, spam and unauthorised commercial solicitation;
• any attempt to circumvent the service’s security measures.

6. Moderation

Posts may be subject to prior approval. OhlalaCam reserves the right to remove any content contrary to these Terms and to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach, without notice where the content is manifestly unlawful.

7. Liability

OhlalaCam acts as a host of content published by members and does not exercise prior editorial control over all of it. It cannot be held liable for content published by users, subject to its legal obligations to remove content once reported.

8. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time from their settings. Deletion results in the erasure of their data under the conditions described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

OhlalaCam may amend these Terms at any time. Users are informed of substantial changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
