Privacy Policy

OhlalaCam attaches particular importance to protecting its members’ personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the site’s publisher (see the legal notice). For any question about your data, contact contact@ohlalacam.com.
2. Data collected
- Account data: email address, username, password (encrypted), date of birth.
- Profile data: display name, biography, location, profile photo, account type.
- Published content: photos, videos, comments, likes.
- Verification data: a photo of you holding a dated sheet of paper, only if you request the verified badge (see §6). No identity document is collected.
- Technical data: connection logs, IP address, browser type, for security purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service and managing the account — performance of the contract (Terms).
- Security, abuse prevention and moderation — legitimate interest and legal obligation.
- Age and identity verification — legal obligation relating to the distribution of adult content.
- Service-related communications — performance of the contract.
4. Retention period
Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account. Upon deletion, it is erased within 30 days, with the exception of data the law requires to be retained (connection logs, data necessary for handling potential disputes).
5. Data sharing
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to technical subcontractors (hosting) acting on our behalf, and to the competent authorities upon lawful request.
6. Verification photo
Supporting documents submitted to obtain the verified badge are stored in a private, restricted-access area, handled confidentially by the moderation team and deleted after verification.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can:
- change your data from your settings;
- export your data and delete your account from the “My data” section of the settings;
- exercise your rights or lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
8. Cookies
The service uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (authentication session, age confirmation). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
9. Security
Passwords are encrypted and access to data is protected by security rules at the database level. Exchanges are encrypted via HTTPS.
